The hotel offers a lovely spread for breakfast with ample choices in the morning, cozy beds, and a charming iron wrought balcony. However, the rooms are quite small and lack air conditioning. We did encounter some noisy guests nearby, which was a bit of a downside.

The rooms were good for a drink and breakfast with comfortable beds and a lovely iron wrought balcony but were very small and did not have an air conditioner. We also had noisy people in the same area of the hotel as us.

The staff were helpful and friendly, accommodating all our needs. Most of the staff members were polite and welcoming, yet we did have a negative experience with an older man on night duty who was extremely rude when I had a problem opening the door with the code provided.

The location was great, with complimentary breakfast included and close to public transport, restaurants, and all Richmond attractions. It was within walking distance to my event venue, and even the city was easily accessible. However, we had to ask a couple of times for housekeeping to refill soap and condiments.
